This anal douche is available in three different reservoir sizes: 90ml, 160ml, 220ml. The tip is extremely fine allowing for easy use.

How to use:
- Fill the container with warm water.
- Once full, screw on the tip of the anal douche
- You can also choose to suck the water directly without having to screw the tip of the shower
- Apply some lubricant to both the tip of the anal shower and your anus
- Carefully insert the tip of the anal shower and squeeze the container to expel the water
- Sit on the toilet to flush out the waste
- If you feel the need repeat the process.

Some precautions to take:
- You should pay attention to the temperature of the water. It should be neither too cold nor too hot, so as not to cause discomfort or damage.
- You should not use the anal douche too regularly as this can compromise the intestinal flora
- It is advisable to wait at least one to two hours between using the anal shower and intercourse so that the rectum regains its natural lubrication and internal sensitivity

How to care: Before and after each use, it is advisable to wash thoroughly with soap and water. Whenever possible you should let it dry completely at room temperature before storing.
